We use this information only to coordinate donations, transport, and delivery, and to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the local partners directly involved in delivering gear to your community where relevant.

Submissions are stored securely in our database and are not publicly accessible. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by using our contact form.

This policy is a placeholder pending confirmation against the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and our charity registration status. It will be finalised before public launch.
